NE3-Radio

NE3 Radio is a local online community radio station project. The station which is run from by our volunteers from our bases in Jarrow & South Shields in South Tyneside is designed for the local community and beyond. We aim to provide local people with local information as well as up to date news of what is going on in the locality of South Tyneside. The station has been re branded and was formerly known as HCA-radio which sadly ceased broadcasting in December 2017 this was after almost 5 years on air the reason for the closure was purely down to finance and in June 2019 iit was decide to restart broadcasting as NE3radio Fast forward to 7th September when we had a very successful fundraising event at which we made the cash required to start broadcasting again the planned date of our first live broadcast was to be on the 1st of October 2019.
