Wired FM

Wired FM is dedicated to the student community of Limerick. All its DJ's are student volunteers and it is run as a partnership between Mary Immaculate College and the Limerick Institute of Technology (incorporating Limerick School of Art and Design). The station has an open door policy to ALL students in Limerick City. They promote participation, diversity and inclusion. The music us mixed, but leans towards the alternative. The station is focused on the promotion of Irish music, and is well known for its encouragement of local acts. They are always open to new ideas for programmes, and volunteers are always welcome to get involved.
